The air is cool and sun is going down. It's a Friday night and you're headed out to Mullholland to get away from it all.

The screen door slams shut with a quick "whack!" and before you can even get the garage door open she flings it back open and starts yammering about being home in time for American Idol.

You pretend to acknowledge her with a cagey smile. All the while kicking your real love over with a passion Mrs. Idol, will never understand.

She roars to life and with a flick of the wrist your off like a man with purpose down the narrow drive, leaving it all behind.

You ride north on the 405 pressing into the wind remembering what its all for. You bank right and take the exit onto Skirball Center Dr. knowing perfectly well what lies ahead. You've been here before. Many times. Yet your heart beat quickens like it's the first.

Almost all at once it seems, your dancing between 3rd and 4th...clutch, brake...up, down...lean left, lean right...and so it ensues. The ultimate affair between you and your real love. The pressure of the bike against the road and the undulations of it is familiar feeling. It puts you at ease.

You ride East until you forget everything, but despite your now clear mind you just keep going...screw Mrs. Idol and her bathetic acceptance of the mainstream bs that plagues the world today.

Dime City's got you covered through all the twisties of life no matter how sharp and narrow they might be. Pickup a set of these chrome plated dampers and your guaranteed a more stomachable ride through it all.

Great product @ a good price

Dropped the rear down for my lady's 71 CL350, now she's grippin & a rippin. Removed the center sleeve from the upper bushing, gave her a squirt of lube & pressed it on. Nice looking chrome, not the best shocks by no means but can't beet these for the price. Also shipping was reasonable!!!!

Works well on CB 350

These shocks work well on my CB 350, dropped it a bit. Be aware that you may have to shorten your side stand an inch or two.

Good quality, but only order qty.1- sold in pairs

Maybe I was tired when I placed my order, but I ended up with an extra set! When I placed my order I figured they were sold individually! So when the box arrived, I discovered that I was the owner of "4" shorty absorbers... And because I live on the west coast, gave up on the idea of shipping back a pair! - that's life, can't win them all! I'm still happy! My cb360 looks real good with these on. Would recommend lowering your front forks 1.5" and changing to "heavy" 15w or 20w fork oil for stability!

Proper fit and function

Showed up early, went straight on, riding with better looking, working and feeling shocks in 30 min, thanks!

cool shocks

needed to remove the metal sleeves but was an easy swap. had to tweak fender due to scrapping when driving over bumps.

Excellent product and service

Finally I can sit with my feet flat on the ground.Thank you

what they said.

Had to remove the metal bushing to get it to fit the CL450 application. Hmmm. Probably should run these without that bushing. But I couldn't reuse my old bushings since it was shot. So I'll have to figure out that - but they seem to be a decent value for making my CL450 lower for the proper look I'm going for. Recommended.

easy swap

This is a well made shock absorber with preload adjustments and a good ride. They are designed to be a universal fit so some simple steps need to be taken when installing. I have a CB350 and had to reuse the rubber bushing from the original shock which was easy to swap then added a washer on the clevis end to act as a shim. The bike looks great a couple inches lower and now my wife can ride!

My feet can touch the ground

Solid product and price was best I could find on web. My CL350 was too high for riding and these allow my feet to properly rest on the ground when standing.

Note, however, the "eye" end of the shock doesn't go easily onto the CB or CL350 frame because its too tight. I had to grind down the rubber washer within the eye to make it fit. No problems since and its been 5 months now.
