The Dime City "Brass Cafe" - Featured on Bike EXIF

Monday, October 11, 2010 2:21:33 PM EDT

Well, everyone, the day is almost here! Cafe Racer TV debuts on Discovery HD Theater this Wednesday night at 9:00PM EST. And if you're anything like us, you're waiting with your kickstand down to enjoy the show!

As most of you know, The DCC Crew has been toiling away for the past couple of months resurrecting a 1968 CB450 we pulled from a junk yard.. What a wreck she was, but with a little time and patience we managed to bring her back to life with some good looks and guaranteed "ton-up" performance.

Chris Hunter, the guru behind BikeEXIF, was kind enough to feature "The Brass Cafe" on the front page of his acclaimed website. The DCC Crew thanks you Chris! And we also thank all our friends, family and the others that helped us over the last 90 tireless days while completing this project. There is no way we could done it without you all!

Dime City "Cycles" featured on Le Container BLOG

Friday, June 18, 2010 4:38:00 PM EDT

First, Bike EXIF and now Le Container.. Very cool!

It's nice to know that people out there appreciate the hard work that goes into the bikes the crew here at Dime City Cycles builds. Putting our heart and soul into each and everyone, we try to turn the wrench just a tad harder testing our skills and forcing us to acquire new ones with each and every build. Thanks to everyone out there who follows our work! We've very thankful!

For those of you who don't know, Le Container is probably one of the best BLOGs on the net. Flashing everything from skin to surfboards to bikes, the proprietor of the BLOG has somehow managed to cultivate one of the most diverse yet cohesive image collections currently online. If you haven't yet, you should check it out - http://lecontainer.blogspot.com/

These photos were taken by Paul Henry Harrington from over at http://twowheelsmovesthesoul.com/  Purveyor of what it is to be a real man on two wheels, Paul snaps some of most intoxicating photos we've seen when it comes to the moto-world.  You should definitely check out his work.  He doesn't publish often but when it does it's well worth it!  His large format canvases are like nothing you've ever seen.

Dime City "Manx" featured on Bike EXIF..

Friday, June 4, 2010 10:44:42 AM EDT

Chris Hunter, Editor and Chief of Bike EXIF was kind enough to feature The Dime City "Manx" CB450 Racer on his fantastic BLOG Thursday morning. A major thanks goes out to not only Chris for running the review, but all the other builders he showcases on his site regularly.

If you haven't been to his site yet, you need to stop searching for pics of Lindsay Lohan in her latest binge and head on over to www.bikeexif.com! You won't be disappointed!

The custom bike building world is an interesting niche and The DCC Crew feels honored to have one of our bikes sharing space with top shelf builders like Deus Ex Machina and The Wrenchmonkees.  At the end of the day we're just a couple of guys trying to do what we love and we would like to think that that shines through in the finished product.

A big thanks also goes out to Paul Henry Harrington from twowheelsmovesthesoul.com for delivering stellar photos of the Manx!

We greatly appreciate all the positive feedback we've received since the post hit the digital waves.  It's nice to know that the need to forgo sleep and loss of our entire social lives, as a result of being locked inside the Dime City Garage, is being appreciated by some of you.

Buy the ticket, take the ride..
