So I placed an order with DCC earlier in the week. Super easy and great price. Got an email letting me know there might be a slowdown on one of the products I ordered, no big deal and very cool of them to let me know. But then I come home tonight and there's a box waiting for me!

Exactly what I wanted and faster than I would have expected even without any kind of slowdown. 'll definitely be shopping with you again. In fact I can already think of a few things I forgot to order the first time.

I absolutely love all the parts you have for CB's. You literally can be a one stop shop for a full restoration. Rather than going to 3 different sites to order odd ball things like gaskets, seals, exhaust, etc. I can do it all through you. Keep up the good work!

Yesterday, after having an e-mail consult with you, I ordered two items (a 7" black powder coated headlight bucket and a chrome tail light) for my Cafe Racer build project. Later that evening my phone rang (about 5:30pm) and it was a young lady from Dime City Cycles. She was calling to say that my order had been received and that the headlight was being powder coated. She said the reason she was calling was that she wanted to find out if I wanted the headlight 'ring' to be powder coated or left chrome. I told her I would prefer it to be left chrome. She then proceeded to say that the order would be processed as quickly as possible and if there was any delay, I would be contacted. At that point I thanked her for the call.

Wow, imagine that, trued personalized customer service! In today's business environment, that's almost unheard of. You guys (and girls) rock! Keep up the good work.

If the products I've ordered are as good as the service so far, I'm a happy camper.

Just received my order. I appreciate the quick delivery and everything looks great....except for the rectifier which is backordered. Not a problem. Iowa winters are long and cold so I have lots of time to coax the beast to life.

I truly appreciate your website and the wide array of parts you carry. Your prices are some of the lowest I've found on many items. Thanks again for the prompt order delivery. Two of my three bikes were purchased on ebay and most of the parts for all three came from there as well. With your pricing, selection, and service I may have a new parts source.

Andy M.I just want to thank you guys for these new shocks. Not only did it make it easyer for me to touch the ground on my 1982 Honda Nighthawk. But it made the bike ride so much smoother! It feels like a new bike now! 20 years ago I rode everywhere. Now that the kids are grown, I decided that it was time to ride again. I bought the first bike that I could afford. It took me 3 years to find it, but it was way too tall for me. RIDING AGAIN! AND LOVING IT! Thank you for offering these 11 inch shorty shocks!
