So I placed an order with DCC earlier in the week. Super easy and great price. Got an email letting me know there might be a slowdown on one of the products I ordered, no big deal and very cool of them to let me know. But then I come home tonight and there's a box waiting for me!

Yesterday, after having an e-mail consult with you, I ordered two items (a 7" black powder coated headlight bucket and a chrome tail light) for my Cafe Racer build project. Later that evening my phone rang (about 5:30pm) and it was a young lady from Dime City Cycles. She was calling to say that my order had been received and that the headlight was being powder coated. She said the reason she was calling was that she wanted to find out if I wanted the headlight 'ring' to be powder coated or left chrome. I told her I would prefer it to be left chrome. She then proceeded to say that the order would be processed as quickly as possible and if there was any delay, I would be contacted. At that point I thanked her for the call.
Wow, imagine that, trued personalized customer service! In today's business environment, that's almost unheard of. You guys (and girls) rock! Keep up the good work.
If the products I've ordered are as good as the service so far, I'm a happy camper.

Andy M.I just want to thank you guys for these new shocks. Not only did it make it easyer for me to touch the ground on my 1982 Honda Nighthawk. But it made the bike ride so much smoother! It feels like a new bike now! 20 years ago I rode everywhere. Now that the kids are grown, I decided that it was time to ride again. I bought the first bike that I could afford. It took me 3 years to find it, but it was way too tall for me. RIDING AGAIN! AND LOVING IT! Thank you for offering these 11 inch shorty shocks!
