If you live in the Miami area this weekend is shaping up to be quite the time for you! Mods vs. Rockers takes place Saturday during the day and then Saturday night The DCC Crew + Others are heading down to party with our good friend Duncan Quinn at his boutique in the art district. If you ride a vintage speed machine this is the place to ride to Saturday night! Just tell the CAT at the door you’re with Dime City Cycles!

That’s right folks, the annual Mods vs. Rockers event is coming up this weekend! If you were a slack-jawwed yoke and forgot to pre-register don’t sweat it, you can pickup your swag bag and register the day of the event.
We’re heading down with a big crew leaving from DCC at 5AM Saturday morning running straight down 75S and across Aligator Alley. The plan is to spend the day riding and enjoying the camraderie with an overnight stay and a nice long ride back on Sunday through the center of the state. If you want to join in on the ride just email herm@dimecitycycles.com to get on the list.

It’s that time again you sunshine lovin’ speed chasing ton-up junkies! The annual South Florida Mods vs. Rockers event in Ft. Lauderdale FL is right around the corner! Last years event was a huge success and this year will surely be the same. Below is a note from the events coordinator, please take a quick look and do pre-register your bike, it makes things go so much easier! The DCC Crew will be onsite representing our parts cache as well as custom bikes with The Brass Cafe and Four Hundred both built for Cafe Racer TV. So come on out, enjoy the sunshine and share some time with like minded folks!

To all of our Mod, Rocker and MOCKER friends. We’ve been working deligently on this year’s Mods vs. Rockers event South Florida and things are moving along nicely. While I have not had time to update the site completely. I have opened registration on the site.
This year the event takes place on December 3rd. Much cooler and less likely to rain so you can all wear your full Mod or Rocker gear! It should be quite a sight! Pre-registering gets you all the cool FREE event regalia but you may register on the day of the event, you just might not get any goodies. But please do not register if you have no intention of coming. Registration fees will be collected at the beginning of the event when you check in.
We’ve been getting our sponsors in place, gathering great prizes and gear and setting the route. Last year we had nearly 200 bikes and we thank you ALL for your support. I think this year will be significantly larger if all the phone calls I have been receiving are any indication.
We are still accepting sponsorships and prize donations for the event so if you know of any businesses that would like to get in on this great opportunity to market their brand and help a great cause at the same time, please have them contact me. All proceeds from this event after event costs go straight to Animal Aid, a 501 3c charity. We don’t pocket a dime. We do this for the love of motorcycling and the animals. Please support our sponsors and tell them “Thank you for sponsoring Mods vs. Rockers”! Without them this event could not take place.

Alrights folks, things are heatin’ up in the south with MVR events! Good times, great people and slick vintage speed machines! Come on out and join the Dime City Cycles Crew at the first annual Mods vs. Rockers Cocoa Beach event coming up on April 23rd. There’s a ride in bike show, dance contest and nice coastal ride exploring gorgeous Cocoa Beach! It’s going to be a fantastic time!
