Dime City’s goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We know that our parts and accessories are as good or better than the ones that came on your bike and offering great customer service is our top priority. But we also know that sometimes things happen or don’t always fit like they should. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll do whatever we need to get you smiling again.
In the meantime here are a few return guidelines to ponder.
· As long as the product is not damaged and is free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings, including writing of any kind and are in their original packaging we will take them back if within 30 days of receipt.
· Returns after 30 days are subject to a minimum of 20% re-stocking fee.
· Items that have been installed, used or damaged cannot be returned, ever.
· Apparell is not not elligable for return unless we sent the wrong item.
· Any defective part return after 2 weeks is subject to a 40% restocking fee and must be pre-approved.
· Electronic equipment such as lights, gauges, etc. are generally non-refundable, however, we will review on a case by case basis. Please do not return these items without authorization.
· Shipping charges are only credited if the return is due to a DCC error or product is defective.
· Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
All returns must include your original order or invoice number in the box.
Note: Please DO NOT ship product back in the manufacturers boxes or packing. Make sure to pack all product in a secondary box to ship back to us. This will alleviate shipping damages and the potential that you wil not be reimbursed for your return.

Please note we do not offer exchanges of any type. We think it simplifies matters and speeds up the replacement part when you place a new order for a return. If the return is due to an error we made we will credit your return shipping costs along with the refund of that item once it's recived. So if you need a different part, please place a new order and send the original back for a refund.
