Free Shipping Promotions Defined
From time to time Dime City Cycles may offer free shipping promotions on orders. There are various criteria and exclusions, such as minimum order amounts, or only specific countries may apply. These general definitions refers to any and all free shipping promotions when they are in effect. Please click here to see if we are currently running any promotions.
Dime City Cycles currently uses UPS and USPS as the primary carriers for all shipments, however, we cannot guarantee a specific shipper for any promotion. Standard shipping is typically 1-5 business days delivery time. Business days are considered Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Dime City reserves the right to change a carrier or the shipping method other than the one chosen by the customer without notice. This is rare but may be necessary due to carrier restrictions.
Over-sized products such as tires, some exhaust components and fuel tanks may not apply to this promotion. If any of these items are in the cart the free shipping option may not display. For more information on these restrictions please contact our customer service crew.
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
Qualifying orders will be consolidated to one shipment – this may add additional time to the final delivery.
Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Dime City Cycles does not offer weekend or holiday delivery options, and cannot substitute shipping methods as related to this offer.
*ALL PROMOTIONS END AT MIDNIGHT EST UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE
**CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS

We use reward points like airplane miles. Every $1 you spend at Dime City Cycles earns you 1 point. Every 100 points equals $1.00. Once you've accumulated 250 points or more, they will be available in the "Reward Points" drop down window in the shopping cart section for you to redeem against your order total. From there you can decide how many (if any) you want to use in increments of 250 or more.
Points are accumulated in many ways. Create an account and immediately earn 500 points, refer a friend, earn another 100, buy a part and earn points associated with that parts price, (i.e. $432.00 = 432points). We’ll also have promos from time to time that may double up your points! And heck if we like you, we may even just add some points to your account for being a good customer! If nothing else, they’re a great way to get free stuff, so come fly with us and earn some rewards!
You can redeem your points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use points as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
MINIMUMS AND MAXIMUMS
There are no maximums but you must have at least 250 points to use them at check out.
MANAGE YOUR REWARDS
You have the ability to view and manage points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, and a cumulative history of acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes.
Reward Point promotions are subject to advertised time periods and terms and conditions as outlined for the given promotion. Double The Points promotions apply to all orders placed during the promotional time period only.
- You must be logged into your account to receive and use points.
- Points can be used as store credit in our system only.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points cannot be used on the same order as they were initially earned from.
- Reward Points do not expire.
- You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points. This option is found in the section of the My Account area.
Swag; what the heck is it and why should I care? Without being total nerd and getting into the Middle English appropriation of the original Scandinavian term, swag is free stuff. The term dates back to the late 17th century where it was primarily used to describe the ill gotten goods of looters and thieves. Fast forward to the 1960’s, swag was popularized as a term to describe promotional giveaways and anything from promo records sent to radio stations to free slippers worn by the likes of Don Draper during the golden age of aviation. Here at Dime City we’re not content giving away a knock off Bic pen like some folks. T-shirts, hats, patches, mugs, sweet decal packs, you never know what we’ll deem swagtastic. The only thing you need to remember is that its free stuff at the Dime City standard.
California has instituted an amendment to their vehicle code regulations section 27156(c). Don’t worry you don’t need to be a lawyer; we’ll break it down for you.
In a nut shell, Californians are no longer able to lawfully modify or remove any part of a motor vehicle that acts as an emissions or pollution control device. This includes but is not restricted to exhaust systems, mufflers, carburetors, evaporative loss collection systems, and catalytic converters. You can replace parts with original equipment that meets the regulations, or even install aftermarket parts that have been exempted by the executive officer of the state board. Lets face it, people of our ilk like to improve upon whatever project we have going, and a vast majority of parts available are not OE or specially exempted from the regulation.
Performance minded Californians need not despair. Dime City Cycles can and will help those that are working on a project that falls under the guidelines established in Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations section 1900. After the sauce reduction, we’re left with projects that are to be used exclusively for off-road closed course competition. If you fall into this category we’re required to maintain a record of these transactions and details of the project. Please fill out the form below and return it to DCC via email to email@example.com at your earliest convenience so we can get you what you need as soon as possible.
