When you're taking the time to build a vintage gas guzzling grease rocket you need to pay attention to the details. Little things like polished fin covers, correct era grips and fork gaiters are a must.
That said, take a look at these "close to OEM" black rubber gaiters and don't think twice! We've found them to be the perfect fit for the entire CB/CL line-up along with most other vintage bikes.
They're similar to our other gaiters only these have a sharper edge on the coils which is closer to that of the OE equipment installed on most metric bikes. They also have a long "bottom" section which makes for a more OEM look at the top of the lower fork.
Both work great, just as well. Different strokes for different folks and DCC is all about options.
