The 50's, and 60's - arguably the best years of British motorcycling. The designs were simple, and nothing but bare necessities were present making the ride and experience almost visceral. At the same time however, the envelope of engineering was pushed again and again, advancing motorcycling one kick at a time to the next kph. Be it the classy combination of black and chrome, the open-air designs, or the performance and engineering advancements, there's no doubt that it was a great time to be a motorcyclist.

The Ace

Built in partnership with Mark Wilsmore of Ace Cafe London, Jason Paul Michaels and Herm Narciso of Dime City Cycles and Triumph Motorcycles, "The Ace" is a homage to the iconic motorcycle that helped write racing history, the Triton. Furthermore, it is a celebration of not only 75 years of history surrounding the Ace Cafe, it is also celebrates and inaugurates the opening of the first US-based location of the Ace Cafe in Florida. Hence, the melding of old and new design theory, components and aesthetic.

Kyle Finley's 2004 Triumph Thruxton

" 35 years later, Triumph released a retro-styled cafe racer, the Thruxton 900, paying homage to their dominance of the circuit in the late '60s.
