When Jason took his fathers Honda Shadow VT800 in late 2010 the plan was to do some slight custom work. Maybe add some modified FLH cruiser style fenders, new bars, paint-work and some other basic modifications. In the end though, the result was to be a comfortable cruiser his father could pilot around town in a relaxed posture.

What was produced over a year later was quite the opposite...

Frenchman Benoit Rameix, 41, is a surfboard shaper from Biarritz who only started riding motorcycles two years ago; hard to believe for a European! Now he can claim his first custom build, a 1977 Honda CB500 Four. His surfboard company, Notox is located in the same Atlantic-coast town as the popular Wheels and Waves event.

It's hard to believe by the looks of it but this is the first full custom bike ever built by Dan Stabbings and Jacob Speis. What started as an evening welding session on the tail hoop of Jacob's personal project bike - and the enjoyment of a few brews - turned into Real Moto Co.
